Meeting cost
The registration fee is $150 for all RRM 2026 participants (faculty, postdoctoral fellows, graduate students and undergraduate students) until the registration deadline of September 20, 2026. The fee will be raised to $175 after September 20, 2026 until October 15, 2026.
Fees for all RRM 2026 attendees (PIs, staff, postdocs, students) are $150. After the regular deadline of the 20th of September, registration fees will increase to the late amount of $175, and trainee lodging placement at no cost cannot be guaranteed. Please do not send payment until you have successfully registered and received a confirmation number. Registration fees can be paid HERE.
PIs are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Wyndham for the meeting for PIs and can be accessed via this LINK.
Please note: We have a limited number of scholarships for students and postdocs from institutions with limited research funding, community colleges, or those who are first-generation college students to cover registration costs, sponsored by funds from the NSF. More details are available during online registration.
